Is the draw for Stockcar teams done the same as the superstocks? Meaning, are the top 4 teams seeded? If so, they would be S, W and.....?? I feel like Hawkesbay was up there somewhere too, maybe with A?

Hi , Is there live streaming for this(the Pits). Have been banned from driving till Sep 2019. So have been relying on live streams for meetings I normally attend in person. Sucks having a brain injury just before season started in 2018. Pits TV came to my rescue . Would prefer the pits to videohub.

that team from 2ks through wow. Some good teams but that palmy team is just a bunch of no names. Bit Brutal Ram jam. Still pro built cars with full on race motors, and a few guys who have been racing for a number of years. Guess the performance will depend on how good the manager/strategist is. I think you underestimate at your peril. But agreed some strong teams out there. Good to see all teams up on the Stratford page - thanks for sharing the link team. Is the lip in the bottom of the wall sending more cars up it, or is it still pretty flat and side swiping. Think this will be a cracker of an event on this fast track, and home track advantage will be a benefit. Good luck to the Grizzlies heading up for their second attempt.

Pumas hadn't been named when he made that comment, a fairly decent young team from what I can see. Little bit surprised to see Rob Mason racing for the Vulcans rather than the Pumas but quite possible that his age counted against him Would love to see the Grizzles do well seeing as they're from my hometown

Correct, when I made that comment it had all teams listed but from memory it said for palmy 5 lines of ?p TBA Hence the bunch of no names. For the record I take my hat off to everyone who goes teams racing no matter who or who for. This form of racing takes balls, and bigger ones than I'll ever wear.

Since the addition of the lip prior to the 2016/17 season, cars in the contact grades are going up the wall reasonably regularly. I except that this will be a common occurance during the NZ Teams Champs. A couple of images I could find to show the lip.

Haha hence a bunch of no names - I get it context. No harm no foul! How do you think they will go now rammer Ummm that's a good question. I think they will go well, but I think other teams will go well'er if that makes sense. There are some very strong teams named. Welly & Stratty were head & shoulders above all other teams last season, I don't think that will be the case this year. K, R & V all look very strong. This really could be anyones title. All I can say is the seeded teams, if they are doing the draw that way, won't necessarily have a huge advantage and so much will depend on the draw. I've said it several times and I'll say it again, when that Stratford team first got together they were hapless, almost hopeless, but now I think they have 3 of the best teams racers currently active in the class right now. It would not surprise me one little bit of this Pumas team are starting out on that same journey. So I don't think they will shake the top teams to much this year but if they stick together it won't take them long. I boldly predict (draw pending and with fingers crossed) a repeat of last year's final but Wanganui to be there or there abouts come podium time.

Have the locals got any recommendations of the best place to sit? We have sat opposite corner one and in the Grandstand on previous visits, both had there pros and cons. Is there anywhere to bring foldout chairs and get a prime view?
