I'd be concerned about this link as it isn't the official seller. They are always sold through Ticketdirect as indicated will be the case in Goslideways post. I have never heard of ticketrocket.co.nz |

Okay, just done some Googling and ticketrocket does seem legit. They have an alliance with Ticketdirect which explains why their listings look like a copy and paste of each other.

$80 per night now! I guess after each year it sells out its a case of "lets see just how much they will pay". I sure hope some of this extra money is going to the team car owners.

I don't mind the price increasing...the action is better than any other thing I'd pay to see live, and therefore dollar value is great. Like all posts above, there's also the obvious aspect that it is sold out every year.
I just hope that the competitors are seeing the same % increases (or more!) on the money they get to put their bodies and machinery on the line to put on the show

If the live steam price goes up I hope Mr R gets the A team in to stream it. I would be more inclined to think they best to insure the pot lid is firmly closed when you are about to have a live steam swim beach crab for fear of contamination .... |

I am really angry. I struggle with computers, so when I didn't even get put in a queue when I called, it set off almost 30 minutes of frustration. If I hadn't already paid for flights and accommodation I would have called time on 25 years attendance.
Vent over, not really feeling better for doing it

Vent over, not really feeling better for doing it I found it a nightmare doing it on-line as I wanted to select my seats rather than "best available" which may have been easier. If there was an option to buy same seats for both nights I couldnt find it, so have different seats for each night, but at least in the right block. |

We were at Ticket Direct at 8.55 & was the 3rd customer served & huge amounts of the Grandstand only had spiratic seats scattered its crazy how popular its become.

A mate of mine went down this morning. 9.05am and he was 20 deep in the queue. An hour later we had our tickets. Also couldn't get same seats each night. Got the right block though. Happy days. Like all, I really hope the teams get a real good percentage to make it worth while for the show they put on. Always meeting of the season for me with the atmosphere and action. Now just gota wait til Feb

Yeah that online thing was horrible. I was trying to get 9 tickets, would select 9 green and available seats and go to buy only to be told 'unsuccessful'. Then would try again and saw those seats were now sold. Lucky my other half was about 30 deep in the que so got them in person. Important thing is we have tickets in near enough our normal spot so that's all good!
