Kinda beats me that people go to speedway , walk around the pits looking at the teams all in their separate areas . Then theres a grand parade and announcement and introduction of all teams and drivers , and when called up for a teams race each team does their normal hot laps. Yet people cant tell whos who when they are actually racing . Explain that one . Oh i forgot . They more than likely buy a programme at the gate with nice glossy pictures of each team and car ... It's that sort of small-minded thinking that prevents us from making things better. Not everybody buys a programme. In fact, far more don't that do. And not everybody is watching at the track these days. Things can look quite different on a stream due to camera angle and the way the camera(s) flick around and switch from one camera to another. On the stream you watch what somebody else decides, not what you the spectator thinks are the cars to watch. The last thing Speedway needs, or ANY sport needs for that matter, is that you need to be a trainspotter to watch it, understand it and enjoy it. Such a piffling change could make it so much better, and better for more people, which, surely, has to be one of the aims? Barry B So whats your expert solution to the problem of not knowing one car from another . ??

I thought the Todd & Pollock colour scheme was one of the best ,and the Nelson Tigers another ,far better image than the black and white or red circus you get today ,just keep it simple ,for Rammers to enjoy as he is so colour blind at the best of times ,he asks Beach boy spot the difference ... thank you for your contribution Midwife Thats Ok ,I will now reveal that when you were born most in the delivery room were so astonished to observe something never seen before unfortunately, you were dropped on your head , and now we are all suffering from that occurence ...
