Thanks for that Zitadel, another I like is: “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” ― Warren Buffett You Hope!! price is what you pay for it, value is how you feel about it in the morning!! Price and value are linked but not so much as to limit price! lol They should be if you want return customers - like I bought a chicken burger at Burger King in Turangi and I'll never by another chicken burger from Burger King for the rest of my life, despite their support for speedway.

Oh the poor bugger had two balls that couldnt bounce and only weighed a couple of ounce ,so they gave him a rubber ring that made sing and clipped his ear so Pete could boil him in a pot so very hot and enjoy watercress with a good beer

Well I think it's great that a local body is investing in our sport and I'm also heartened to hear there's positive progress being made at Waikaraka Park. Well done to all those involved at both venues. Can you update us on the Progress at the Park

Anyway, regardless of how swish the place looks, if the racing isnt "O for", the rest will be for nothing.

The racing is great so no worries there, I went past today and the work is well underway, it'll be a fantastic asset. Also can't wait to see if the Kiwi's v Australia ANZAC Rugby League test can be revived in Palmy.
