Would i be wrong in saying repercharge winners in big events at Rotorua have a habit of doing very well in the finals. Is this event having a repercharge(s) has two. But weather its one or two. Will be 6 groups of 26ish. Hope its just the one. Which will mean abit of blocking in groups if only 8 are going through.

As you say, six groups of 26-ish, depending on withdrawals and the waiting list obviously, with only the top 4 going through from each group.

Rep next best 26 on points overall or is it next best 4/5 in each group?? That I can't answer I'm afraid. I'll see if I can find the entry form and see what it says. If it was me, and it's not, but I'd take the next 28 on points overall (thereby reducing the chances of runoffs for 7th, 8th and 9th [for example] in the groups as there might already be runoffs for the likes of 3rd, 4th and 5th), then in the repechage 1st and 2nd make their way to the finals and the remaining 26 are Tier 2. Which ever way the racing goes ,whether it be flat out drag racing or a full on teams race this is going to be massive.
The sound of full fields of Superstocks in the valley ,the best viewing no matter where you sit ,and a team that know how to run a top meeting ,cant wait for this,
Bring on the new year !!

The only thing that is sold out is the Reserved Blue seating. There is still plenty of GA tickets on Eventfinda or buy at the gate. You can bring your own chairs or hope to get one of the wooden seats. Suggestion is to bring a deck chair. There is a disabled seating area that those with disabilities can use with a couple of family members but no more.

After Friday club night if anyone has reserved seating, but can't make it put me on your list. Those blue seats are great.

And what factual information do you base that on beach boy? ? From the previous time they hosted the title.

If I turn up at gates open each night I should be ok for tickets?

Possible silly question but are the pits still open to the public to have a look around before racing starts?
I plan on getting in at gates open so will have a little time to kill.

if you draw grid 5-10 in your first qualifying heat at Rotovegas your very unlikely to make it to the finals, not really an even playing surface there, unfortunately. My god you talk some utter garbage Mr Speedway himself . Of all tracks throughout NZ Rotorua would be the most even playing surface with it being such a tight track with nowhere to hide . Any championship at Paradise Valley is there for the taking . You need to head back to the beach and play with your Boo Boos..
