1st January 2021 Shakedown Meeting at the Track 5pm to 7pm.
Entry Details: Adult: $15.00 Child/Senior: $5.00 Family: $30.00 A child is 16 years and under unless they have a student pass. A Family Pass is Two Adults and up to four children 5 - 16 years, under 5's are free.
2nd January 2021 - Qualifying Scrutineering will be at the Lakefront from 10am to 2.30pm. After you have been scrutineered you are free to leave. You will be required to weigh your car when you get to the track. Pit Gates Open at 2pm and you will need to be weighed by 4pm. Bring your helmet as you will be weighed in and out of the car. There will be no scrutineering at the track. GA Tickets are available online at Eventfinda or at the Gate. There will be a scanner at the Pit Gate for Eventfinda tickets. There are no other support classes. 6 groups of Superstocks 3 qualifying races. Pits are open to the public up until 1 hour before racing. There will be no public signing session so the public have been asked to get posters signed in the Pits, up to one hour before the racing starts Grand Parade will be at 6pm sharp. Cars to be parked on the infield facing the crowd on the back straight and turned off. Drivers Briefing will be at 5pm in the Sulphur City Motorcycle Clubrooms (old Clubrooms) by the entrance to the pits. Non attendance at Driver’s Briefing excludes you from the Meeting. Meeting Starts at 7pm

Qualifying Format TWS NZ Superstock Championship Four highest on points out of each of the six groups go into the Final. Tied points for fourth will be determined by a runoff at the end of racing on night 1, for the top Tier only. The rest of the Tiers equal points will be decided by a countback of the highest finishing position during the qualifying heats. The Grid Draws for those that have qualified will be done in the Stockcar Club Clubrooms upstairs at the conclusion of Night 1s racing Repechage and PTS Tier 2 Championship Next four highest on points out of each of the six groups group, plus All the remaining drivers will have their points combined and the next two highest points scorers over all will make up the final two spots in the Repechage to be raced at 6pm on Night 2 The Next two highest points scorers overall will go into the Tier 2 Championship plus any others who may have to pull out after the Repecharge to make up a full 26 car field. Classic Builders Tier 3 Championship The Next 26 Highest points overall The Grid Draws for Tiers 2 and 3 will be done at Driver’s Briefing. Any competitors who retire from the meeting will be replaced by another competitor coming up and will take the grid draw of the retiring car.
PG Hydraulics Best Pairs. The next 52 cars on points will be split into two groups, one car from the pairing will race in each group. The Pairs and the Grid Draws will be drawn by the Driver’s Reps A total of 130 cars. Sorry but we will be unable to provide any racing for cars that finish lower than 130th position. Cars that have not qualified for any of the above events will not be able to park in the pits for Finals Night.
