should this be allowed to happen, surely if you turn down selection for your own club, that driver would not have dispensation to race for another . I think you'll find C is his club... Now for a week .

Will 89w be in I thought he didn't race 3rd and 4th race at palmy due to injury? Why is 99s not in the stormers. 99s won tonites westcoast champs with a field of around 40 .

Hold all beats. Aunty Jacinda has just announced another lockdown, albeit for 3 days for Akl at lvl 3 and the rest of New Zealandgrad at lvl 2 until Wednesday. Wait.

Bet your boots it will be for longer than 3 days like it was last time. Just rang to cancel Motel and got told I was the 4th in the last 30 minutes. Relief Milker cancelled just hope that if they do can the meeting they reschedule as this is always a great spectacle and it's not $60 per night to watch

It's going to be a huuuuge decision for the Wellington club to make, with so much uncertainty as to whether 3 days will be it, or not. Any longer than 11.59pm Wednesday and some teams and fans alike will struggle to get there in time. I was intending to leave on Tuesday and do a few other things before the weekend's racing action, but that's not going to happen. But the people I really feel for are the teams and the host club.

Barry B indeed Barry. Its not a position most people would want to be in. there are a number of big meetings coming up in the next few weeks, and many clubs will be following this closely and trying to plan accordingly.

Pretty easy for the club as Cindy will make the call for them on Wednesday I would think. If we are told we are going to be at level 1 on Friday its still a goer maybe minus the Jafa team.

Latest Update is that a decision will be made on weds/thurs on weather itll be run or not. Good thing about it being in Wellington this year is that it's pretty central for drivers with travel times. Not so lucky for the modified champs this coming weekend in chch with quite a few from Auckland making the trip which may not be possible if not able to leave until thursday.

Wellington team is from there Facebook page that a strong team
🟡⚪️ 2021 Wellington Young Guns team ⚪️🟡
4w Keegan Levien 5w Paul Fairbrother 9w Bryce Jensen 46w Ethan Levien 971w Jayden Ward 6th driver- Josh O’Keeffe Manager- Hilton Parker Mentor- Tony McLanachan
Unfortunately Dale Robertson has been served with a medical 22 day stand down following Palmerston North Teams Champs. Rest assured, Dale is fine. And lucky for us, Dale has been generous enough to still offer his car to be used as part of the team this year - Jayden will be driving the 89w car.
We are stoked to welcome Jayden Ward aboard our Young Guns family, everyone knows what a legend teams racer he is and we are very lucky to have secured him on this short notice.
We are in love with our 2021 livery inspired by Wellington and Renaye Huia of Ray White Leaders colours. As well as our gold wings 🤩

Actually glad Dale got given a stand down at teams champs after hearing on the stream he had vision problems, much better for him to miss the meeting than end his career
