Confirmed on the "Doing it in the Dirt" radio show tonight that there will be eight teams, those listed at the top of the thread plus two Manawatu/Palmerston North teams. Additionally the Auckland Modified Champs is being staged in conjunction with the finals night.

That sucks hawk eye may not be there, I saw on Randle Facebook page saying that his next meeting in car will be auckland team , but I guess plan do change

I reckon this week level 3. Level 2 the following mon -Thurs, ready for level 1 on 12:01 Friday morning.
even better staright to level 1 next Monday, fingers & toes crossed.

The PTS/TWS Teams Champs at Prestige Pools Waikaraka Speedway are now postponed to a later date to be advised.
This applies if Auckland does not go to level 1 next week.

As with the facebook post the wording is a bit confusing particularly when you see its "postponed" but, then says not if Auckland goes to level one. I admit that I stopped reading after I read postponed to a later date. Can only hope there aren't many stupid people like me. |

If it is moved to another date and Whanganui can't run this weekend the club will need to wait until a date for NI Superstocks is approved before a date can be set for Teams.

So Auckland to Level 2 at 6am Sunday 7th, and they MAY go to level 1 "at the start of next weekend" ie Saturday 13th.
Which would be too late for the scheduled qualifying night of Friday 12th.And too big a risk anyway for the Saturday/Sunday given level 1 is not
a foregone conclusion. So looks like a re-schedule will be necessary. :-(
