Ellesmere speedway reopens its season after enforced covid shut down with the CTRA New Zealand Sprint car championship on Sunday 24th April.This meeting provides a full on Sprint car weekend with Ruapuna running the salute to Goodie on the Friday night and the Gold cup on Saturday night.Remember this is Anzac weekend with a public holiday on Monday.Full supporting programme including the South island Midget series.First race 1.pm.Check out the Ellesmere Motor racing club face book page for more details.
