84b deserved wild card as put on a good show for the crowd. Lots of hitting and action in all races. Looking good for an action packed night of racing tomorrow night Sorry can't remember all qualifiers but think they were Clive Pritchard 16r, Douglas Stanaway 39r, 72s Bevan Phillips, Paul Mabey, Shaun Stewart, 449r Kerry Remnant

The wildcard entry could have gone to a few drivers though a bray 71B Peter Barry,74R Mike Hohneck The Gallop Boys 48R Ivan King all put on a show tonight In saying that good on you 84B Mike Mac for the wildcard entry that hit you put on 99R Shannon Orr was a beauty Hey Mr O you were right the qualifers were having practice with the overseas drivers and must say that 99GM Kokshorn car is quick even 67C Neil Frew was showing some pace Yes they were the qualifers to bray good to see 72S get through avoided all the hits coming his way in the 3rd heat to take a good win and qualify Another awesome night in paradise roll on tomorrow night Cheers

THanks for the update team.
Bought time you moved back north cannymac so you can supervise better all this hitting!
99gm Cleve Kokshorn is the South Island champ, and is fast all right.
I see on the ROtorua website they named him as having the fastest lap for the night. Well done Clevo!
I bet hes thinking twice about selling the rolling chassis now....thats if its still for sale after that performance!

is that car he in the old brico kelly race car? mean car that Yup, it is the x 2nz Phil Briscoe Kelly chassis. I think the Thomsons were the original team that put it together, and man that thing has good gear throughout it. Anodised lines etc all through it. Good to see a Greymouth car driver combo not being overawed by the competition. Will be an awesome eveings racing with those drivers in it.

Im usually wrong but I believe it was put together for Scott Redfern to run out of Huntly. was then sold to the Thompson's, Mark got injured and Te Awamutu's Phil Brisco took over the driving and got 2NZ. Car then sold to Boulton and in turn was swapped for the Kokshorn Superstock.
