Do you think it was team tactics for 22a to bring the yellow on near end of race, as it closed the field up and 84a was then able to get passed 77m. If the yellow had not of come on it would have been 56a 77m 84a.

by watching the video the poor 22 guy couldnt even see where he was going as his front wing had come loose and front and was folded up blocking his view.
You got to remember, so many cars on the track its not safe to just turn left and hope you make it to the infield without collecting a car going past on inside, and they dont have rear vision mirrors and cant turn around to look behind.

The front wing on Brindle's car had actually come loose very early on in the race. I noticed it just after the first caution at the beginning of the race. As much as I and many other people would liked to have seen the race run one more lap to the finish safety must be prevail. Ironic in some ways perhaps as there was the horrific four car crash at race end. I heard Ben Finemore talking in the pits afterwards about the crash and he stated that he did not see a thing until he ploughed into the others. The race finished in this order 56a, 84a, 77m and 18a Greg Pickerill 4th. The restart order with two laps to go was 56, 77, 18, 84 and they may well have finished in this order if the caution light had not come on? ? Kerry Jones was quick all weekend, what more can you say. I think Greg Pickerill would have been gutted missing out on a podium finish being so close . But thats racing eh.
