My moneys on 5V Daryl Taylor.
Has had a lot of top placings in the last year or so, and has shown a lot in the pace and skill department!
Must be his time, hes been so close and knocking on national titles.......the Worlds will be the one!
Could he have a similar run to the World 240 Championship like 1NZV Linklater did in the NZ Stockcar Championship?
Heres hoping!

Thats a big call Dog , in looking at past years there have been way to many "out of the box" happenings in qualifying. Agreed Taylor is very good and has a big show, but there are just so many that have been there before. Wainman, Hunter, Penn, Hickey, and Joblin, and 60 odd other who all have a chance. Not going to stick my neck out until after Friday night and then I will have a better idea, but as always the World 240's are a spectaular event and the racing is superb and finding a winner at the end of it is just the bonus

Palmy car as the Rotorua car let Wellington Stockcar win at NI Stockcars at Kihikihi and Palmy Superstock win at NI Superstocks at Rotorua. If im wrong I will be really happy.

I'm picking Kerry Remnant in the 6K car. I know he has earned his reputation as a teams racer but I reckon if the going gets rough he can handle himself in an exemplary manner. Then again how much does knownot know

The Poms and the SI'ers will all be treated with the same respect - NONE!!!
Would love, just for a change, so see a car with something other than either a 'P' or an 'R' on the door emerging victorious, but cannot see that happening any time soon.
My heart says 'R', but my head says the 'P' mob is too big and ugly and strong. It's a great era for 'P' addicts like TimS and co.
