Murray did you get a photo of Steve Williams new Mustang last night. No. He's had the mustang for a while, although rarely gets to drive it. Forgotten the year and details but it's a rare 6 cylinder model that Ford stopped producing a few years back.

Palmy cars will be hard to beat , obviously the quickest out there last night. Wayne Hemi and Royden Collingwood possibly the a couple of the fastest cars in the country added with Shane Penn. And the countrys top 3 drivers behind the wheel.

What happened to Kyle Stove 7S. His car stopped on the parade lap, he came out for first race off grid 2 but drove it to the infield. Then at end of the race drove it out the gate?
Still it was good to see one Stratford car qualify, 50% success rate, can any other track match that? ha ha

Jeez, you palmy supporters are starting to sound like the Aussie cricketers, no wonder you have so many out of towners gunning for ya.
I will be one of the first to congatulate the winning driver whatever track they come from, every time someone wins a major title it is usually well earned. Just applaud the winner for their skill, not for where they live.

I went to the track last night and in my eyes the quickest few were Wayne Hemi, Peter Bengsten, Mark Osbourne, Scott Redfern and Roydon Collingwood, the first heat and Lance Ashton was flying pushing past 1nz Simon Joblin and pulling away to finish second, only to have bad luck for the rest of the night, Glen Drabble was unlucky not to qualify as he was consistant all night, Ngatai suffered from mechanical woes all night, but when it went it was very quick, Darcy Hunter looked good but didn't stand out like usual, 9p Brett Hyslop was impressive at times with some serious pace but suffered consistancy and Ewers and Darryl Taylor were quietly doing there work without showing too much ahead of tonight.
My thoughts Azza ( p.s i'm picking Collingwood, Penn, Redfern for tonight )
