Wayne Green had a hand in building the car for Paul "Fingers" Whitcombe, he won a world 240,s At one time Jimmy Baxter in Wanganui had it, If this is the correct car referred to.

You are correct on all counts. Ive been in contact with Wayne himself when I first asked about this car a couple of years back. He has followed this old nail since he built it.  |

yeah its been alot of colours ive found yellow/green/orange/and pink under some of the paint i beleive it hasnt raced for a few years may be 6 years  |

Good to see yet another old chassis from the past being reformed to compete this season.
Shame that the old Sierra body could not be rebuilt as well.
I always thought it was an outstanding looking car !

 Then this happened...  Dad was the last person 2 race that car. That was in 2002. Some one started rebuilding it, but I dont know if it got anything more than a new rollcage. |

mark cromarty raced it for a couple of seasons back in the early nineties ,can remebr doing my 1st ever teams race and against wanganui at wanganui. mark was in that car and painted pink.heres the car metioned in the teams race ,just out of shot though and me climbing up the side of him ,  |
