Certainly is a wide open event with some great looking teams.
After watching the Paradise Pirates beat the Rascals last season thanks to the efforts of Shannon Orr and Nick Vallance, I think the new look Rotorua team will be formidable. A Vulcans team with Dion Mooney and Alan Levien will be hard to beat.
But with the Maulers form over the last couple of seasons and the fact that they have the same members who have done the business together many times, my pick to win is the mighty Meeanee Maulers.
