For those of us that are heading to Cromwell for the first time can yu give some info on what time the gates will open on both days of the NZ Super Saloon championship, What type (if any) seating there is or is it bring along your own chair. General info on the track s web site doesnt relly say to much for those travilling from afar. Any info gladly excepted. GO THE GOAT.

Cromwell info for those first timers.
Gates opening 3 pm both days. No seating, there is a large natural bank on the back straight for specatators only and plenty of space all around the track for viewing. Bring your own chairs and blankets etc, plus sun shade. This is sunny Central Otago and it will get hot.
There is limited car parking on turns 3 & 4 and at the top of the back straight spectator area. First in first served. There is a charge for cars parked around the track. Plenty of car parking immediately outside the track.
Cromwell township is just 5 minutes from the track.
Practise Thursday, 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
Dont forget the cars will be scrutineered at the Golden Gate Lodge on Friday 10;00 am to 2;00 pm for those who want a close up of the cars and an opportunity to get autographs, posters etc.
