Dont know why, but there seems to be one dropkick at events like this. Was the same thing at palmy teams, although I do remember seeing the said dropkick having a little sleep in the pits after the meeting!!! ;D

its called drinking guys there mouths get bigger the more they drink>>>>>>>> One of the positive aspects I found at Wellington was the drinking ban during the meeting. From what I saw it was well observed and it did create the desired atmosphere.

They ban alcohol in the track but the clowns are drinking up large in the carpark beforehand.

. Except for one dropkick in particular in a Waikato shirt (a supporter I guess, cause I have trouble believing it was anyone of the great people tied up with the team). This loser told anyone who would hear him out, and quite a few who wouldn't, including my wife that he "was going to smash my head in". Apparently I made some comment that he was none to impressed with. I'm not that hard to find.... so next time come tell ME what your plans are, because my family don't need to hear about it. Sorry for the shortest rant in history Sorry, this must have wandered back through the pages in the week it took me to get home If this joker was the bloke I'm thinking off, he was seated next to me, and I do recall the exchange. He also concluded with something that a: I dont recall the exact wording of, and b: wouldnt post in public if I did - once that race was finished. He quietened down when I pointed out I was a good friend of your wife. He didnt say anything for quite some time. I don't recall any direct threats of 'smashing heads in' - these were made in the initial outburst, before Shells said who she was. however he was quite vocal on a few matters, particularly something Justin said about you 'knowing all the rules' and on several occasions bent my ear on a few matters prior to that including having only missed 1 meeting at Huntly, and attending two at WP. He was an Aucklander in his 40s, supported the Alleycats (not Waikato, was wearing a Pukekohe "end of an era" crew shirt, called out every mistake that officialdom made, every mistake that Frank Irvine had made. He was not that unpleasant to talk to at first, at least not before the ugliness erupted. No alcohol consumption was noticed, in fact he was drinking coffee from a thermos. He dropped his cellphone as well, but I gave it back to him once I realised he hadn't actually left. Not the most pleasant chap in the universe I must admit, once he got a little too passionate about things, but I wouldnt describe him as psychotic either.

Hay just started to read this post and yea theres always 1 drop kick at every champs. My mother also got abused last year at teams champs by a drunk person he came up and yelled at her then blew his horn right in her ear, ill tell ya i was not impressed, and it scared my kids (6&3years). He was tanked up on beer he sat in front of us all night drinking, and also yelling at my brother, i personly dont think theres any need for it a few drinks yea but y get wasted you probly wont remember the racing the nxt day anyway.
