so how does it work there looks like 45 cars for a one night meeting ???they wouldnt be all on the track would they...looks like a meeting to compete with 240s

scotty miers hit some one what a joke... just like 240"s in rotorua last heat could not win chamionship goes out and wins the race way to help your club mates!!! rees he will be helping the nelson cars again.

pod n rees etc wont let him win. event the southern guys ...if not in with a show theyll stop wainman. the 248s will be a nz driver
youre right though i cant remember last time miers did anything with the bumper at an individual event

What is Kerry Podjursky driving? guessing the 299c tank. havea run in it before teams and suss out the GB boys so he knows how they drive so he can stop them winnin 248s and the teams ;D |

What I dont get is why is Mick & Tom Harris & Mark Taylor not racing at the 248s? You think they would need the track time especially at Palmy to get the feel of things...
Also confirmation 61p will be making a return after the incident at Manawatu Champs and really looking foward to it!!!

i think last year they split the cars into 2 groups. top 10 or 12 i think it was from each race progressed to main championship field. the leftovers then run in a repercharge type race to get last few (maybe 6) for main field plus the international drivers.
pretty sure it was 36 car finals field.
imagine something similar will be done this year. perhaps theyll do 30 car finals field so there 15 or so left for consolation races

Stockcars have now been added to the programme after a few requests from out of town drivers. They will race with any non-qualifying Superstocks if there are enough for a couple of races.

pod sitting on poleline and there could well be a line of cars not wanting to go around ;D isnt it great  glad stocks have been added to support program,...should be some visitors heading home from nzs in welly and thus some good racing |
