yea superstocks was a extra and like Marty said there was more streeties and stockcars turn up than entered. I think for 23 plus races and all the red lights it was about right on finish time (approx 11.15) for what raced. If we cut races then amagin all the moaning that would of gone on about been riped off ;D

I know I shouldn't because we aren't comparing apples with apples,,,,but what the hey.... ;D
Last weekend in Palmy they faced adverse conditions & a lot of racing & fences to repair. Still got through the meeting in more than better time. Having a sprint car that rips around the track for a few laps was pretty pointless.....as for super stocks, there was the 240's in Rotorua. Why go where the competition is for a "shakedown", then you will truly see what pace you have to be at. Young Sam on his minimal budget went...
But that is my lowly spurt for a Sunday....I hope you all have a great week & see you at the next meeting...why? Because speedway rocks anywhere, anytime & because we love it. We all moan about something, but we still turn up week after week pay our money just to be apart of this great sport of ours...

Thanks to all the streetstocks who turned up after running in the NZs the night before and congrats to 19c,11r and 3nz every one put on a great show.Also thanks to all the visiting stockcars for helping turn the best pairs into one of the best stockcar nights held in Hawkes Bay for some time.Thoroughly enjoyable nights racing.

I actually find it quite ironic that like the churches it gets rather hypercritical a month ago Bay Park got some criticism and the thread was locked yet this Petero character has been constantly slagging of Meanee for 2 years now

there is alot of negativity towards meeanee atm i do hope meeanee can sort the issues out very quickly as its a gr8 place when ya got a gr8 track surface good size crowds and RESULTS AND POINTS FROM COMENTATOR THRU OUT THE NIGHT not just come final race

we enjoyed the meeting first time iv raced there and have had tracks like that down south often all clubs have there ups and down just push forward thanks to all the streetstock guys great racing a good finish to a long few wks on the road
