One pic, out of hundreds, has been deleted Obby, so don't get too excited. We all know you're a picaholic.
The photo was of an engine on the dyno in a specific 'cool racing pics' thread, but even then I'd have left it if wasn't twice the width of the screen. If it's re-posted the correct size it can stay. Okay??
Even better, it could go in it's own thread about engine pics, or car preparation perhaps, as it was a cool pic and I'm sure there are plenty of behind the scenes shots out there we've never seen. Just a thought.........but hey, we're always going to get the situation where some people don't agree with what has been posted (and not moderated), and others won't agree with what has been deleted by a Moderator (mostly, of course, you don't even know it has been deleted). It's impossible to keep all of the people happy all of the time.

I'd say Barry has done the right thing if the photo was off topic & oversize . I too have enjoyed Go Slideways posts but at times felt like I'm reading an infomercial . Just a little bit of balance needed I would say , or perhaps Go Slideways would like to take up the offer of a Drivers Board for the Ward Racing exploits. The drivers boards section is the one place sponsors etc. can be plugged .

Might be a world 240 line-up I know tractors aren't part of speedway BUT !!! The thread topic is entitled "The coolest racing Pic" and they are doing it in the dirt. Really just a bit tongue in cheek in this world of political correctness. Dosn't the off season bring out the best and worst in some us. LOL.

My heart was racing with anticipation as I witnessed Glen Francis put the final touches on this superstock race-car engine in preparation for racing at the 2009 ENZED Superstock Teams Champs races the next day. PS: I'll post digital vidio with sound so loud that you don't hear it, you feel it, soon. ;D

Yes, Glen is a very good engine builder in Palmy. Still fine here at 1.20pm, just went past the track and saw Jarad Wades tank sitting in the pits all by itself, waiting...

I quite like this one. Taken at the 240's 2009. The sunset gives a nice effect to it Kyle Fraser during the 240's Although the camera focused on the firemen, think this one gives a nice idea of the action during this years teams championship

Great pics, please keep 'em coming. This pic was taken last night at the Tanks v Rest meeting. Shane Penn was flying as usual, knocking those who were in his way out of the way with precision. I'd love to see him do a few laps round Palmy in a sprint car.
