oh my what have i started??? (Read 7,286 times)

well finally toke the plunge and decided to take an oppitunity.that was offered by very good friend.will post pics when i learn how lol ???any way it is a standard stock in need of repairs which i started friday and found the chassiss full of water is this a common problem?needing repairs is been polite to the car.only reason im doing this because it is an old space frame and can see what the out come will be.heres hoping things go a bit easier now on.

problem?? some do that to get there cars over on the scales if underweight.
not such a ideal situation tho i wouldnt imagine.

Yup, water in the rails etc is always a problem if you waterblast the car, a couple of drain holes in each lenght solves the problem. Half a can of CRC into the holes helps. Keep going on the rebuild, old cars that last are worth the effort.

oh how hard can it be huh?so if a couple of drain holes in lower rails will stop water then that is what ill do.the car wont be a rocket but first season always a learning curve so will get picks up soon as of progress

patience people and got it off bison needs major but have new front and bumper on now will fit side rails on friday will try to get pics up soon cheers blobby

how the heck do get photos up?any way all go on friday hopefully all the cuting and a lot of grinding will be finished ready to put back together(try to any way).and may even get it out at start of season(yea right)will try again to get pics up if not help me please
