Strongholds in Stockcars? Exceptional team yeh.. but i would much rather watch Hawkes Bay, Rotorua or Palmys meetings. Probably more cars too! Fair enough... I dunno about the more cars.... but I would say on top of the teams, having 3 of the top 5NZ stockcars would make welly a stronghold. Mind u I guess PN could say the same thing... 2 of the top 4 in NZ. It depends what you like, cos while i cant forsee an HB driver dominating national titles or placing without a bit of luck, watchin a huge bunch of similar speed cars ALL willing to dig bumpers in and wreck concrete is more of a REAL stockcar stronghold to me than flagrunners punting slower cars off the end.

Im looking forward to reading Petes write up on that, from what ive seen and know of him, i bet he loved that for an opener. Did Brad Ridland go back out again, and if so, does anyone know how he did? Cheers. i think last season we had 25 to 35 stockcars with a w on the side every meeting. i dont recall we had under 25 most meetings it was around 30 every meeting
