When was that ministock day at waikaraka Park?
David John lost his Supercar franchise earlier this year [taken off him by the V Eight Supercar Australia organisation] after being personally Bankrupted. Initially with two creditors, ANZ/National bank and Mr B Gillon, with debts to them in excess of $1M.
One well known member of the racing fraternity in your midst was fortunate enough to to recover a portion of the $$$ he provided in a personally secured sponsorship/partnership arrangement with David John some years ago.I recall earlier this year that same Member posted in this forum, warning those who may be swayed, that his experiences are NO EXCEPTION.
Sure you can view the jottings on TKRs site, where you can purchase all sorts of opportunities,However BE WARNED,you may well not see your purchase and as things have progressed through this outfit, you have NO CHANCE of recovering anything you spend, in the even your deal does not eventuate. Thats just how its been, I don't believe anything has happened recently to change this at all.
The settlement of said bankruptcy was this past week, no claimant got their money back, the best the Official Assignee could come up with was a percentage of their claims.
And Mr John ,walked, with nothing!
ZILCH, no money, just the experience.
You want to spend money with David Paul John, feel free, If you can afford to loose it. You will join many others both in NZ and in Aussie, with a future knowledge of how this outfit operates. He's Charming, He's slick and he sounds like the real deal... ,but he's not the deal your looking for if you can't stand to loose $$$.
Best you enquire of those who are named on his site as beneficiaries of his benevolence, it's Smoke folks, pure illusion and all paid for by others.I urge you to contact some of these chosen ones, their stories or comments will be frank and honest.
Something you won't read on TKRs site is that TKR also have many creditors, waiting to be paid.
All stalled as the events of David Johns personal bankruptcy evolved. Unable to lodge claims as it was his personal bankruprcy not TKR's.
And while the owner of this team was doing his best to get annulled, any assett he had capital in was called in by the Official Assignee, One of his many companys, Numero Uno Investments was placed in liquidation,at the request of its shareholder/director, in the high court, Hence allowing the OA access to capital to pay out the claimants and three recent shareholders of NUI.
And the release of the OA's obligations with the payment of the claimants and shareholders leaves David John free to carry on with whatever it is that he does with your money.
The job done by the OA's office was difficult enough without bringing all TKRs debt and creditors into the equation as well
had this been done David John may well not be in your midst.
Grandad.
Past commitments and obligations to individuals and other entities have not been met nor are they likely to be! Mr John "moves foward" never goes back ,he came to Hamilton, did his act, took a lot of sponsors funds and peoples time and money and shot through, thats how it is!
Take a look at the sponsors list on TKRs Site, go visit one or two of the "names"that were on the car when they were based in Hamilton ask those sponsors, were they satisfied with their "deals"? Without exception the ones who had sponsorship contracts will tell you NO! doubt me? Go find one and ask!
Better still, if you love a challenge, Find ANYONE who has had dealings with David John who will vouch for him.
Right now I have concerns for young Ryan Bailey, and his supporters, I have seen it all before, and its no laughing matter. Experience dictates he will join all those posted as "prospects assisted"but IMHO,
NO ONE needs "This experience"!
