Looked in the pics from meeanee and I can't see an H on 1NZ and busterbell called Kevin 10M (see below) so is this rumoured or confirmed? Herd that 5m super Emmerson has gone H too. will be interesting to see the line up this weekend , that is if we get a meeting in. No practice yet and i think you are meet to have one before opening meeting.

Showing my off season hibernation: Grandad - You're out of "retirement" or was the off season a re-tyre-ment. McIntyre's 1NZ has changed body shape. Much more rounded this year - Looks good. 1nz is a new car steeldog, the old one having been sold to Ben Harding. This one is a Corvette (reportedly) Really Barry?? Apart from some round holes in the back it dont resemble a corvette from what i could see. Bring back REAL saloon cars, that LOOK like saloon cars.

Kevin Moore has contracted to Huntly and had forgotten to change the M to an H and did so at the track by removing the centre of the M and making a straight line from Duct tape. From speaking to Shane McIntyre Friday he has contracted to Huntly this season, Brent Emerson is 95% sure to be wearing an H (Spoke to him personally) Kevin Moore confirmed H (spoke to him personally) and at this stage Ben Harding has as well. Gary Edwards was the other Mount contracted driver speculated to transfer to huntly. The super saloons have a series over summer which most of the above drivers had indicated interest in being a part of but the promoter of their track had spoken of his disapproval and spoke of not granting exemptions to run where as Huntly's promotion have agreed all of them access to race this series.

I have to wonder whether SNZ keep a register of licence transfers, as this season certainly has rumours of greater than usual numbers. The Super Saloon exodus from Baypark to Huntly (although I've heard of some ending up with either an A or a K on their cars as well) is reminiscent of the Dunedin to Cromwell saga of a few years back. Rumour has a number of former WS Midget licences appearing out of Huntly this summer too, and I guess the next few weekends will tell all........
