Is anyone able to tell me what is the haps with the ignitions for the stockcar class?

yep you can run the electronic ignition instead of the distributor and Hartley sells them or a guy in christcruch which they all come from him.They have to be snz approved which these are from these 2 guys.I've got one in my car and its awsome more responseive and no worrys of the rotor breaking.If you want to know any more just give hartley a call.

seems a bit odd that the ignition can be purchased from an engine builder,dont you think that he will work the ignition to go better on his cars and maybe give his top driver/drivers this advantage?what were/are snz thinking?

OH my god, another conspiracy theorist, The Head Shop is the north island agent for them, they are made to SNZ specs by a firm in Christchurch, feel free to buy yours from them if you're worried.
