Yep - great variety of fireworks on display. Kids loved the flamethrowers you can feel the heat from the grandstand. Enjoyed the night. One small yrrr of mine - why does the commentator have to give us a running commentry during the fireworks? Let the show speak for itself I say!! Good meetings coming up including some Teams events - bring it on ;D

How about the impressive wheel stand from 4c Mike Gourley in the modifieds... If he keeps that up hes gunna need to seriously think about some wheelie bars on the back ;D ;D with the way the local guys a going and the vast improvement from branden parkanson (sorry about spelling if its wrong) i doubt that their is going too be a walk away north island winner. looking good for keeping it in the south so far ;D

Well Damo there has to be one doesn't there! Why did you not go straight to the office and speak to someone if you think you were overcharged. That way it gets settled straight away and everyone happy. I enjoyed the racing and fireworks too. Great crowd and seemingly they all had a good night. ;D

Why does being his dad make a difference?
I went through the pit gate as a worker and my 2 children had to go through the public gate.
1 as an adult and the other as a child.
If he is 10, he is ten.............

4C MOD WHEEL STAND ? DIDN'T SEE THAT ONE BUT 13C DAVE THOMPSON DID A BIG WHEEL STAND IN THE 3RD RACE And nearly took out 16c Archy.Very sad not to see Luke out there still waiting for motor,I can see the smoke coming out of Greg's ears from here lol.A very good nights racing can see 5gm getting faster and faster.Need more superstocks, not many options for teams at this stage hopefully more coming soon.Think Josh might be installing a fire extinguisher in the new car today, good to see Bruce get out on to the track after not starting in the pits (Bruce remember the little job i told you to do mid week lol) Cant wait till show weekend will be a great meeting well worth the dollars

In regards to the entry charged as mentioned above; have a read of the charges as stipulated on the woodford glen website. you will find that you've been charged the correct amount, which should be no suprise to anyone as this information has been available since the race calendar for this season came out...

well i dont agree and even steven lennon said he doesnt.
its a crock of s##t, if im classed as a adult which i am a adult it should be allright to take a kid which is my brother.
its just another way to get more money out of people.

I dont know where you were sitting but from where i was it looked like 16c mod hit 13c left rear and turning him in towards the in field

I dont know where you were sitting but from where i was it looked like 16c mod hit 13c left rear and turning him in towards the in field And thats why 16c stoped on turn 1/2 waited for the yellows to come on restarted his motor and they had a restart if 16c did hit 13c he would have been put to the back of the field just like 444c was in the supers which in my opinion should not have happened just my 2 cents

hi fordgirl is pretty much right on the money on what happened i had almost fully passed 16c (Archy) when he hit my left hand rear wheel while under full power had little steering ability so the car veered left in front of him it was Lucky that it didn't end up moor serious i don't know if the referees were able to see what actually happened hence y they probably just restarted without placing him to the back its good to see such good Field of mods and is shaping up to be a awesome season with NZ champs at woodford glen
