i just read on the taranaki daily news website that stratford stockcar driver chris knight has cheated death by a few metres by an out of control mik tanker.don,t how to put thread on this board but you can read all about it on their site.daily news website.thank god all is well.

Fonterra have been annouced as the major sponsors for the Patea Demo Derby. Local speedway personalities J and Chris Knight are hoping to enter several cars from the BP garage this year. But Chris may need to change his undies after a practice today for the big event went wrong. It is reported that J is to releive Chris of all future duties after inviting a competitor early to the event.  |

Well i have to say it was the last thing i thought i would see when filling my car up to go to work and probably the last thing jay thought he would see when at work its just a relief that no 1 was hurt and no other buildings or petrol pumps were taken out in the process

I think 509s should give up speedway and take up sprinting he would have been in contention for a gold medal in the 100 or 200 metres with that sprint ;D 510s sidestep by the fence was pretty cool to ;D It is a miracle there wasnt a sad ending to this story.

It is a miracle there wasnt a sad ending to this story. I rekon, there was a good ending i heard, the tanker shook the Milk up so good that they threw in some nesquick and it made Chocolate shakes for everyone in the whole town ;D |
