... Oh and by the way Bring Back Flaggy Flaggy, I've established, is the chap I always looked for between turns 2 & 3. Was surprised to see him helping on the pit gate when we arrived. Always a wave, which is why, perhaps, he's called 'flaggy'? I snapped off this shot of 'flaggy' while I'm sitting on my car during the Saloon NZGP Grand Parade ...

Dont think he wanted a nother drilling murray so the jumpstart was called for.... If you don't know the saloon race rules, keep your thoughts to yourself. If you know the saloon race rules, make up your own mind about who was holding their line, who drilled who ... Starts are 'Indian File' as in, directly behind and in line with the lead cars. A driving offence includes boring down on, shepherding, blocking ... To 'Hold your line' does NOT mean the driver determines their line which can be from the wall to the pole line every few meters or on the turns - The 'LINE', as a guide, must be determined by the shape of the track and isn't three car lengths wide! Of course drivers can change their line for a variety of reasons, but if in doing so, if deliberately or unintentionally, they force another competitor off their line, regardless of grid position, they have infringed and a penalty should be applied (Tui Add )

you are right murry reqaurdless car 2 is pace car you can go as fast or slow as you like.really plastic should have been yellow flaged & sent to rear of feild because really he was causing a race stopage.also what was the rep doing in the tower big no.no. he must be watching the race to the best of his ability from a indipendant spot not confering with the ref not his job .he is the class lawyer if & when he is called to the tower with or with out driver/s .his thoughts on the incident/s sway the final dicision of the ref .ref is enployed by snz .rep is enployed by club .but then we are talking 2ks .also who is the rep there .youll never find me in refs box .been there 2 many times ;D corperate box for me
