Not bad - but I still reckon that Drew's photo of the Luscombe modified doing a fly-past above the level of the Stratty safety fence takes a lot of beating.

Couldn't agree more about Drews photo inventory Didnt know where to post it, so posted it here... Best bit is everyone is ok and walked away!! WICKED! Blair Luscombe 226s got some massive air and came down with a helleva bang mid pack and poor old Jacko and Rosie had nowhere to go!! I have never seen a mod fly like that! Rosies car ended up sat on its tail pointing to the sky! Pics: I am so stoked everyone is ok... More pics from tonights meeting later.. Drew Cheers

"....., photo of the season so far!" was a bold call and is a matter of personal opinion. We are now going to get a lot of different opinions ;D

That's why we have award judges to tell us what we think :-)
My favourite is a Drew shot too -- the moody night-lit one of the Batman modified. As much as I like crash shots, they are a little bit of a cliche in our sport. Something like the one I prefer is just ... different.
Drew, feel free to post it here again to remind us all!

The photo that Scraggy posted from Gizzy has to be up there. It's a sidechair crash with a very upside down chair flying at head height.
Photo of the year a big call. Not sure how to grab that one and put it on this thread.
I have seen some real good ones.
These photos are why these guys do this. It must be very satisfying to capture a shott like that.
Keep up the good work.
Maybe a new thread required for best photo ever and photos can be viewed with a link to a poll and copyright protection to promote sales.
Craig Boote - Palmy Mick Quin - Bay Park Craig Richards - Baypark. Sidechair crash - Gizzy. etc etc.
