Is Skinny going to this event? Is he going to forfeit Bay of Plenty Champs? Has he got a release from Baypark to run this?

I would assume, that the six Welly cars are:
Martin, Chris Mulvina, Paul Osborne, Mark Bullock, Tama Arapere in McPhees car and myself.

Paul Osborne is the one I didn't think of. Sounding like a good field. I'm sure we can get a Wellington win if our blockers do their job ;D

The long range forecast is looking positive for Saturday, we have already used up our bad weather luck for this season, and next season for that matter.
Any up dates on the Sprintcar field?

I like the sound of the heats format with three groups each racing each other once.
Great to see Ian Easton back racing after his crash, he is obviously a very hardy young chap.

Was certainly bad luck for Martin Halcrow to have such a costly end to his championship bid after looking to be as quick as anyone. Hopefully he will have a better run at the Anzac meeting next month. Was an interesting note that the winner was a former Streetstock 1NZ and second was a Modified 1NZ, showing talent, while unable to be purchased, can certainly be transfered.
