im thinking he would of had a spare axle tucked away somewhere aye. the transporter surely had one tucked away in its spares and parts dept. if it was finals im sure he would of hadthe car ready to run.
work commitments have been sited as reason for leaving also. i see hes listed in GP entry list. i guess he is back in nz now then since it starts tomorrow . so he went to ozzy for 1 or 2 days max?
i think he could of raced that repercharge.

Oh for goodness sake the guy obviously didnt want to waste his time hanging in Vegas when his chances of making the top 2 in repo were fairly slim off the back. He passed our place in Welly about 7pm last night!! I can only asume he wanted to go home and get the Waka sorted for the GP tomorrow and Sunday!! Good luck Wayne!!

I agree with you Sue cut the guy some slack. He makes a huge effort to keep racing in NZ for us all to spectate. Like him or dislike him hes a hard charger that likes to win-good on him. @ times some peoples comments strike me as being abit Tall poppy syndrome. Hes a businessman that has done well for himself. Good luck in Wangas Wayne

Wayne is a top guy who wants to be no1 when i have had the pleasure to meet him he is a straight up guy who would only race if there is a point and the car is ready to go. car not right why race. simple i think. so all you tall poppy people have a look at your self .
