Hi All, A Quick Shed update. the cars asleep in the shed before getting stuck into Jolly Olly has plenty on, and angry fingers which means he's half way through most of the updates, and by the time he finishes it will be season over. Tackled him at the workshop last night, and we got a 2 minute update on the last meeting, and a quick look at the repaired damage from the stockshock. Camera phone, so detail is poor, audio is fuzzy, and we have an extreme close up of the Jollster, but hey, I can promise you the content is worth it, and we will not edit out the gory details -in fact we wont be editing at all haha. Also a couple of pics - I trimed some old wing mounts up last night to try and clean things up for the new wing. The boys reckoned when i started i didn't no which end of the grinder to hold, but I dont beleive them. while Olly and OLd School Johnny chucked a few turns in the rear, and talked about valiant torsions and swaybars v sidebite - all that technical stuff that flag racers get worried about haha, just kidding fellas, i'm sick of getting blamed for your contact!

New wing?? Why would you need a new wing? I hear that sales of the Rees chassis' have been going well down this way since you started showing everyone how well the underside of the chassis is constructed? Still a another chance to entertain at Easter for you Obby, or anyone else down GM way for that matter.

hahah thanks G-daddy and bomber. the only wing nelson will ever see again is the one below And I know I musta mentioned earlier the last wedding for the year, but have one lucky last in HB at Easter, which my good sister blister has decided is a good wedding time, and foolishly also decided that I will make a good MC - so thats nelson out of the equation sadly. and your right GF, since that meeting in Nelson two more Rees cars have appeared in Greymouth, a tank, and a brand new Rees that has been hardening for the last two years, so something must have worked! Still room for a couple of more .... hmmmmmm hopefully anyone who bugs the work crew on tuesdays and thursday will get an interveiw spot, so we should see a few more shed/meeting updates, if people reckon they are worth watching.

Friday wedding, saturday aftermatch so will try and get along saturday evening to be reminded how soft I am by the boys, especially dobbsy who will want to know where the old mitty from the Taradale u19s went. Been playing with derby cars this week in the workshop as well, reminded me of the old 260c datto, and the ramp race I did in the 90s at the Bay - that was another beasty derby car done out of the CannyMac race garage in those days, back when you and mike were ripping it up in the streetys. ANd dont worry olderdabettera, no one will recognise you behind the big mo, hope to see the 14gm there this weekend keeping it pinned as usual.
