With Rotorua and Christchurch both finishing the night with 130 points each, Palmy website have the tier 2 race listed as Auckland v Christchurch/Rotorua. Does this mean a race off between Christchurch and Rotorua to decide who faces Auckland. I would have thought Christcchurch would go through as they won a race, Rotorua didn't so even thought they are tied on points, Christchurch should progress with last nights win being the tie breaker. Anyone know for sure?

if i recall when stratford scrappers faced wildcats years ago it was a two on two runoff to see who would go through.
So maybe thats whats going to happen

Thats going to make it tough on whoever does win that as they would have already had a race and then come up against a fresh finalist. The logical thing to have done in a tie situation is have the winner of a qualifier go through.
