Can anyone help with this? Need to know what the modification that needs to be made to the xf dizzy that you use on the 3.9 - au falcon engines is. Also, who does it? or can you do it yourself?

from what i understand speedy u flip the gear cog on the bottom of the dizzy shaft and this makes it lower in the block and then picks up on the au gear drive

yep thats how ma father done it,that was for a 96' 4.0L falcon motor, simple 2 do

yep same as the above, knock out the tension pin and flip the gearwheel over, drill another hole for the tension pin as when you flip the gear over the hole will be where the gears are, make sure the new hole is in line with the old hole (drill press is best), also set it up so you have a couple of mil end play (not hard up against the bottom of the dizzy), then whack it in the engine, positive to positive (on the coil), negative to negative
