Bit harsh I thought as well Magilla no matter what the fee- i wouldn't let that red wagon of yours in at any price JJ they should all be isolated to avoid any contamination of the superior GM enjoy the show- will be a ripper

Call it a hunch, call it a feeling but I think SGP III will be the best we've seen

Call it a hunch, call it a feeling but I think SGP III will be the best we've seen Hope so and very importantly i hope it's witnessed by the best attendance figure so far. It's very sad to see reports of how it could be the last one staged. How do the ticket prices compare to other New Zealand sporting events are they affordable or only likely to be paid by Avid speedway supporters? Will the pricing and/or various media publicity in Auckland likely attract the general sports or entertainment seeking public? Worst case scenario being high ticket prices and minimal advance media coverage.

No matter how much it is because you never get to see this out here any other time .I would pay $100-00 to go /Far cheaper than going over seas to watch it Bill Buckley said we all have to get behind this event this year to even break even on costs so go figure how much it has cost him to put the show on ?? It is a lovely hot day so take your sun block you will need it /

I wonder if it's been a wise move putting it out to the public so much this may be the last time the event runs here. My gut feeling is that people will likely assume that's because it's an event not worthy and thus not spend the money to attend.
Doesn't help the racing wasn't that flash last year either. Improving the product and then promoting that would have been my preference.

well moving it too 6 pm start is way better track shouldn't be so slick that time of the night. with the sun going down should make for better track and spectacle allround. sincerly I hope it's not the last we see down here. if so lets hope the series goes off with bang. more importantly huge crowd is in attendance make it best way show should say here Auckland least another two years. That'll be determined if the place is packed

I noticed on the springs speedway site they say Thomas Gollop is racing ?? I did not think so ?? Will be there by 4 for me A quick search of the Springs website reveals some old press releases (8 months ago) advising Gollob would be there but nothing recent. Can't see any point of confusion for fans. On the kiwi front my feeling is that Jason Bunyan has his best chance to score multiple points. He gets the red gate in the opening heat of the GP, so if Jase makes a decent start he will be hard to pass as the track will have no racing width. He also gets red gate in his final heat.

The final was amazing. Such a good track that had multiple racing lines all night.
