Mr G smoked the field loosing only 1 race and being 1 point away from a maximum score and yet Poland loose to Australia and Denmark. I cant figure out why Jarek Hampel or Krystof Kasprazak werent riding for Poland but hmmmm well. Results posted below and will put up a video unless someone else can find one first, of the first major speedway meeting of the season. Unbelievable that this was watched live in 72 countries and yet nothing in a country with such a rich history as ours. Link is below www.worldspeedway.com/artman/publish/article_26777.shtml

Was a really good meeting. Ceislak said he didn't pick Hampel, coz he's too classy a rider to be at reserve, and wanted to keep last years winning combination intact. Bit wierd, tho to be fair, Miedzinski did win the GP at Torun last year as a wildcard. Emil was looking good, same for Darcy, and yeah, Mr G was awesome. Antonio Lindbak also lookig like bouncing back from last years horror season form wise. Pity some of them wont be in the GP this year.
