In this era of super saloons with the pro dirt series and the presentation those teams are putting into there cars, Unfortunately the new 77s has definitely missed the mark in terms of presentation. Let's hope it goes better than at looks! presentation was never his strong point his driving does the talking

You'd have to concede it looks different to all the other clones.

Well 3rd heat all has gone well and completed all 3 heats. Not quite coming out of the corners well enough yet but was only pulling 3200rpm in corners and 4500rpm down the straights so you could safely say with some gear ratio changes and I think will improve corner n straight line speed certainly wasn't slow.

Let's hope it goes better than at looks! Presentation!??! That sort of paled into insignificance when you see the supercharged rotor howling around, and at an illegal 100 + db too! Still some set up and gearing issues to work through, but it looks real promising, especially into and through the corners. Admittedly the bodywork may need something better than a stick and cable ties for one corner. Thr fact is if you were to ask me the highlight of last night, I would be very close to saying it wasn't the fantastic Mods racing, and it wasn't Superstocks showing the Potential of some of the new cars, it was the 77s super saloon. Simply because it made it different and exciting, and speedway has always benefited from those who are a bit different, try new things, have a bit of mongrel in them, or Just do things their way.

As I saw Blondie from a rather unique perspective. A little opps on my part brings on the yellow and me to the rear ... an excellent chance to wave Blondie though and capture him in action!

Altho it looks nothing like an RX7 or even a Saloon for that matter. It looks like it may have some potential to be a car that makes its mark going by Granddad Guys video clip. Blondie, just like Kevin Free, are both guys who like to take things that arent the norm and somehow make them work. Cant wait to see it in the flesh.
