Id say Jason Gutteridges The Pits is doing it audio only cause I know for a fact Pits TV is televising it for a later date

Some one should they would make a killing Hi Richie I was hoping to catch up with someone in the know, cause I have no idea of even the very basics of what involves to provide a stream. Hopefully this isn't commercially sensitive and you can answer these. At say $ 25 per stream sold, how many streams need to be sold to hit break even? Do the club share the risk and what's the % split of any profit between club and provider? |

Live broadcasting is a prerequisite if speedway ever wants to grow its audience above a track seating maximum. DVDs and delayed coverage were great in the last century. Most sports have the broadcast rights managed by the governing body, not the host venue. Accordingly broadcasting business would be best managed by SNZ, not the track. You would hope promoters and competitors will pressure SNZ for this to happen. |

Can someone confirm one way or the other if this will be streamed?
I would certainly purchase it if it wil be available. I can't really understand why Nelson would not take a bigger slice of the pie by offering it as the biggest audience would be from the NI and a majority of us cannot get down there so its not like they would lose out on bums on seats.
