I was just wondering what the story is here as in the speedway bible it says you gota use the suspension out of doner so how do the cars get away with being to adjustable suspension cause ive seen many cars out there that on the front there are some where they got a rod end set up at the top of the struts so they can adjust the castor & camber now i never knew of any road cars cumin out with that then on the back the cars with coil overs have got like a cup on top of spring which abit of threaded rod welded to it so they can whind it up & down & ive also never ever seen that on a road car so i think those cars have an advantage over the other cars, so are these cars legal or not or have i missed something somewhere. Can any1 full me in on this

If you read the rule book
T15-1 Ministock (e) Front and rear standard suspension systems must be fitted unaltered; however coil springs may be shortened and rear leaf springs may be shortened at the rear. Front and rear spring mounts are free

Front and rear spring mounts
are free.
Also whats everyone's problem with people being able to set their cars up properly? The class is about learning to drive a race car, driving a car that consistently handles like a pig will not teach kids how a car should react to driver inputs.

Front and rear spring mounts are free Ive read that a few times dont you worry about that but have you ever seen a datsun 120y or whatever wher the rear spring has a cup sort of thing at the top which has abit threaded rod welded 2 it ! Have you ever seen the same datsun which has arms comin off the top of the strut with rod ends at both ends i havent ! So is that standard !!
