I do wonder if this may be the last year I go to Teams champs because of this issue to be honest. Maybe the travel funts can go towards the 240s for something different. Its no longer about are they in or out? Its now about the shifting goal posts and the amout of time this is taking. I know people say that this is a sell out year after year but look what happened to the 7's in Wellington. Maybe its time for the consumers to bite back. Even a mere 500 Rees fans and thats a pretty low estimate at $100 for the weekend (and really its more) is a $50 000 hit to the organiser. Maybe its time to organise a 2017 boycott? Yes i agree if the nrl nines a the same dayes next year im gona go nrl nines and take your advice and do the 240s in rotorua

You whip yourself into such a frenzy every year... And you tell me YOU'LL miss it to teach THEM a jolt good lesson. #YeahRight

But Wait there could be more It may be a conspiracy to plan a attack on those who think theyre in with a chance .. And the building up of adrenaline to see how many posts Macgors has on previous years ,will it be a deal breaker ..

I think Bruce might just seem to remember how he was treated last year a bit better than some people. The one great thing about all of this thou is that more and more people are tuning anti palmy and wanting to "Smash The P" I hope the Tigers are printing of more shirts to sell. Also M8SR8Z buying a Holden in the first place is not the wisest move

I'd be shocked if the Allstars had a team at Team Champs this season. On a good night we have six superstocks. There is no one left from last season's five of Marx, Hodge, Tennant, Ridland & Taniwha so where are they going to muster up five other cars from without the team being full of ring ins?? As an Allstars supporter it's sad after finishing 5th in 2014 (beating the Panthers that year) and 6th last year. In 2014 we had a team to build on but here we are only two seasons later looking like there will be no team. It's not a criticism as I fully understand the time and cost to front up to Teams is enormous!! I'm just like most on this forum....passionate about my team.

So with all this drama with the G team not looking like getting in the SuperStock teams Champs wouldn't be funny if Gisborne turn around and say sorry no Palmerston North Pumas at the Stockcars Teams champs... Has anyone thought about that? Paybacks a pregnant dog!

GfNow that the Gisborne Giants have been confirmed as starters for the 2016 ENZED Superstock Teams Champs for the first time in 31 years, there are a number of people to thank. First To the Palmerston Promotion team. A big thankyou to all the fans and sponsors who have stuck by us over the last 12 months. We hope that you all come along and watch us, And if you can’t make it, buy the stream and be entertained via the internet. To our Gisborne club, we hope we do you proud. The team is… 10g Peter Rees 73g Karl Ross 75g Gavin Taniwha 126g Asher Rees 127g Ethan Rees Sixth driver is the legendary Kyle Fraser. Pretty awesome lineup! We can’t wait to get to Palmy at the end of next week and be a part of something special. We’ll see you there!
Congratulations to Andrew Mchugh for winning the design competition and producing a wicked concept for Carl at Signfusion to apply! Also congratulations to Billierose Schuler for the winning logo which Andrew has kindly digitally remastered after an awesome hand draw
