Hi guys
Anyone got any applicable advice on keeping Toyota v8 superstock motors cool?
Running at 8500 is hot work, but the Ali don't like getting hot.
What tricks or standard ideas are you guys using to stop them cooking after each race?
Thanks in advance team - any links also appreciated as well.
Cheers

Mechanical fan with a shroud. I've never had much joy with electric and running a shroud makes a huge difference.
Make sure you have the top and bottom hoses the right way around, don't laugh I've seen this!
Also I've found that some of the earls type fittings that are used on radiators have a very small inside diameter (3/4")? I ditched these and welded on conventional radiator fittings/hoses.
Oil temp is just as important as water if not more...

Thanks for the feedback!
Anyone got any photos of shrouds being used? How electorate are people making them, sheetmetal or modifying existing plastic pen versions
Thanks again
