From the Smack Torque Facebook page:It is with great sadness to say we have lost another legend of our sport. Graham Peddle passed away peacefully at home last night. Lily the Pink was a fan favourite and as for me I'm very lucky to have seen the end of his racing days and the 0r was a favourite of mine also. He represented Gisborne, Rotorua and the Rebels aswell as the honour of racing for the NZ team of the 70s. My thoughts go out to his family and we will remember the good times. RIP Graham From Aaron John Pera Facebook page: Kia Ora whanau. Dads service will be held Wednesday at 11am, at St Andrews church. Corner of Old Taupo and Devon Streets, Rotorua. Service will be followed by refreshments and one last horah at Kahukura rugby club. Dad is at Whitehaven Funeral Home on Old Taupo Rd until then. Across from Bunnings. There is a 24hr open door if anyone wants to pay their respects before Wednesday. All welcome at any time to come and share some time and a story with our family. And once again, please pass these details on to anyone who needs to know. We have been blown away by the love and support, so I pass on a big thank you to everyone.

Was a pleasure to watch GP in action. His cars were beautifully prepared and always guaranteed a quality night when the 0r was in town.
Rotorua has lost a couple of real characters in Darcy Hunter and now Graham.
Condolences to the families.
RIP Graham RIP Darcy
