The Panthers will be making their 21st appearance at the 30th annual Superstock Teams Nationals. They are the most successful team in the history of the Superstock Teams National having lifted the title 8 times with an addition 3 second placings and one third. Incredibly they have made the last 11 straight finals at this event.
Top 10 drivers by race starts. Please note these stats exclude 1999 which I need to do some work on: Peter Rees - 32 starts (27 wins, 5 losses) Scott Miers - 29 starts (20 wins, 9 losses) Peter Bengston - 27 starts (21 wins, 6 losses) Shane Penn - 24 starts (21 wins, 3 losses) Scott Joblin - 19 starts (16 wins, 3 losses) Wayne Hemi - 10 starts (10 wins, 0 losses) Jack Miers - 10 starts (7 wins, 3 losses) William Humphries - 8 starts (6 wins, 2 losses) Kelvin Gray - 6 starts (4 wins, 2 losses) 5 drivers tied on 4 race starts
Peter Rees is the all-time leader in terms of an individual driver lifting the title. A 9-time champion. 7 for the Panthers, 1 for the Giants and 1 for the Wanderers. He has also raced for the Stratford Scrappers at the Superstock Teams Nationals.
