A great day was held at Meremere ,yesterday ,well supported

Les certainly had nack of tuning some of the great midget cars over the years.
Am curious whatever happened to Randell Edgell used do Cosworth powered midgets of early 1990s. especially with Brett Horrobin ? he still involved any types of Speedway.

Les didn't just do great VW engines.
His engines won many NZ TQ and NZ Sprintcar titles as well as plenty of NZ Midget with other than VW.
Also built plenty of winning jetsprint and offroader engines.
He could build anything
