That footage dosent show how fast royden was going across the infeild and when he hit the wall, he was motoring hope he gets the all clear.

we were siting right in front of impact second inbankment up and man we were in shock my partner was upset seeing that as she doesnt often go to stockcar racing, we wish roydon for a full recovery, it will take us awhile to get over it couldnt sleep last night,

wow he was flying across the infield then strait into the wall lucky there were no superstocks in his path not good seeing these drivers get hurt but glad thats all he got that was 1 big impact

Once again was another fantastic weekend for the Valley.. I think I can speak to for everyone when going to events such as this we expect to see a bit of bumper and wall action, which is usually the topic in the household for the next couple of days. The Hampton and Collingwood hit was spectacular to watch but also a reminder of how much these guys put themselves on the line to bring us such great action on the track. Speedy recovery to Both drivers...

Wow!
The initial hit was in front of me and that was a biggie. I also saw Steve with his head down and was concentrating on that. I didn't see the 2nd part til now. Very scary.
Glad the injuries are recoverable. Best wishes to all concerned.
