Global Challenge at this stage has only 1 H car (albeit one that would have supported Auckland - 23H), 1 R car, and 0 A cars. Provided all the A cars are repaired following the trips away, and some H and R and K cars turn up it could be an 18/20 car field. Not sure where the C car story came from, maybe 16C ?, although 1NZ may want a play before the Nth islands (19S!) and he will do the miles between meetings. Worst case would be only the mobile A cars, which could be a very light field.

have heard horse is making the trip up with the tanker in tow. hope this is true.. Must admit I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get to Wellington for the Champs but looking at the Entry list for the Superstocks it's looks like not all is lost. Lets hope the Auckland guys show some home track pride & give the out of towner's a run for their money. My Pick is P Vasey then W Ansty followed in by S Hickey
