My two cents worth as a Rotavegan:
I went over those bumps in the Commodore, which is a bit low, and I had to slow to 20kmh. I tried again at 45kmh for a laugh(as they can be travelled over at 50kmh) and consequently lost the front spoiler!!
I feel for the locals who live adjacent the bumps....they get to hear traffic slow down then speed up ALL the time. Imagine a few tandem trailers rattling and scraping behind some of those muscle cars with big-bores you lot have! Glad i live in a cul-de-sac full of Harleys and Triumphs ;D
**I like the idea of a few stockcars at random places down Clayton Rd**

It's a few bumps in one of the roads leading to Paradise Valley. So what! Kia ora Teams Junkie, There are loads of other threads on this board if you don't want to contribute positively to this one! Your comments seem personal rather than constructive and it may not seem to be an issue to you but I can assure you it will be noticeable when you next visit the valley of Paradise. Incidentally your few bumps in one of the roads just became a few more today as they were adding the second load of speedbumps and have marked Clayton road for the next 3 lots of speedbumps already. Green flags and green lights and bouncing trailers. Hey Ngahi I can assure you this is not a personal thing, but yes I do believe it is a non issue. I live up Clayton road so drive over these bumps every day. I also get to see all the fences wiped out by people that use the road as a dragstrip. I am sure the owners of Foodstuffs on the corner will welcome their fence not being crashed into every few weeks cos someone was going way too fast for the corner. To me it is a slight inconvenience whether travelling home or to speedway. The decision to put these bumps in is to help safeguard people properties from damage by speeding drivers, not to deter people coming to Paradise Valley to watch speedway.

Kia ora Teams junkie, Yep I also use Clayton Road and am aware of what you are saying. You certainly have my sympathy if you live up Clayton Road because there will be all kinds of ramifications occuring as a result of the speedbumps. However, as you say, at least it is not as bad as cars going through fences. I see they are up to number three speedbump today. Should have them all done in no time considering the "speed" they are working at. No pun intended. Green flags and green lights and orange lights on trucks up Clayton Road.
