Thru the imformation i posted and percy kindly made available to macgorians i was able to help out 2 of our fellow macgorians and maybe able to assist a few more that replied with info that may see them in work as well.So once again thank you for giving some body a new shot at making a go of it.I will reply to those that have pm ed me as i may be able to help if i can.Cheers

Sounds likes your good deed turned out to be a win/win situation for all concerned - or was it? Was the Ozy employer grateful to recruit several new employees with no advertising cost? Did you gain a few brownie points from the employer? Will these kiwi recruits be better off? How did the owner of this site, which was central to the whole deal, benefit out of this? Is it unreasonable to suggest to the employer, or the new employees, or both, to now cough up a few dollars for an add? In this instance a thank you in dollars seems more appropriate than one in words. |

phil b get a grip & all the staff from frankton auto spares & frankton recyclers applude your actions kiwiinoz.i get inudated every day with people looking for a job .do you no how hard it is to give a familyman the sack . :'(workplace for the average person in nz is very grim .so any avenue by any means to get any one back into the workforce should be appluded .& if this gets deleted i will appeal that decision  . |

There are plenty of employment websites out there and this isn't one of them .
While I'm happy to allow a little leeway at times this whole topic is becoming a right pain .

was my intention after hearing of huge job loses and people struggling over in nz to try to do my part to help.Myemployer who is a kiwi and employs mostly kiwis and a lot of them asked me if i knew of any reliable drug free kiwis who would like the opiyunity to relocate before he advertised over here.I will let those who are making the move over tell you as its thier gig.Thanks again macgors for letting us help ourselves to a better life and a bunch of reality pills for phil b who must be doing just fine in these troubled times.
