Well its been on every year for at least the past 4 seasons but I dunno how many people ever bother to go, because in true Willie Kay fashion, it normally falls on the same night as Auckland Superstock Teams.

It all went pear shape last year with invitations not being sent out/recieved/responded to (take your pick) so it didn't happen.
2 years ago there were 4 teams baypark, rotorua, Meeanee & one other I can't remember. It was good that year with a couple of spectacular hits going in. It still has problems of being a very large area with so few cars on it. Last saturday was an example of only 10 stockcars on the track. What did you think of that?

..... Last saturday was an example of only 10 stockcars on the track. What did you think of that? An extra large field of mini stocks made up for it Dave I wasn't expecting many. Porky is probably still sore and most drivers and stock car fans would have been at palmy. I think I may have a picture of rees at baypark from a couple of years ago ;D I shall search the bucket for it. Every night at Baypark is a club night and I love it!

Congrats to you Porky and the soon to be Mr. Porky. I hope youre not too sore for the honeymoon. Enjoy yourself and I look forward to seeing you back on the track when you get back. NutZ - I love the club nights too. For all the people who think that the track is too big for small numbers just remember that good racing is more about quality than quantity most of the time and there is enough quality at BP to always ensure a good show. And something worth photographing, ay.
