:(With regret yes, Rose had campaigned the car well with a 17th finish at the NZGP, Not bad since that was only her 5th full meeting in the superstock, The offer to purchase the car was out of the blue (Saturday night after palmy teams). As said this was Warwick's best teams car to date, could take a knock and could give it back with interest. Although this lead to him being targeted from the drop of the green every time he teams raced.

would have thought you would want a ford y team body, if the others are.

would have thought you would want a ford y team body, if the others are. To blend in? Not a fan of the identical bodies to be fare - or consistant numbers. I think drivers should take there own numbers into teams events - i think it helps fans follow there favourite drivers, and no where to look. Or just maybe, one team will take i on themselves to run identical bodies - and they will all not be Ford Ys! Even better

to blend in, yes. must admit i do not like team numbering and would preferr original race numbers, man it is so hard working out whos who.
i did suggest once, that the auck team all run the carlos c cab, that would have been cool.

This is getting slightly off topic but team numbers is part of the strategy - Sure a bit tougher on the fans but most programs have the numbers/drivers listed. A little brain power required that's all.

A little brain power required that's all. True but imho programmes need 1 page with all the teams competitors. This years programmes have been very good but the size they are & with no page index & teams not in alphabetical order it's not as simple as it should be.

Great to hear another addition to the Kihikihi ranks is on the way. Hopefully one of many in the leadup to the NZ Superstocks at 2k's (Jan 30 & 31). I assume the car has been bought with intentions of teams racing given the cars pedigree?
